Care Solace Referral Information for Parents, Guardians and Staff

Dear Parents & Guardians,

As you are well aware, Y.A.L.E School NJ and Y.A.L.E. School Philadelphia foster a culture that promotes the health, safety, and well-being of students, parents and staff. To demonstrate our desire to continuously support this commitment, we are pleased to inform you that we have partnered with Care Solace, an online resource with a live 24/7 concierge service designed to assist you in finding local mental health-related programs and counseling services. Access to Care Solace is available to you free of charge and all information is completely confidential and securely stored.

Care Solace’s navigation system taps into a large database of mental healthcare resources to find carefully vetted local therapists and programs that fit your needs in a matter of minutes. The referral service locates resources needed by parents, elementary, middle and high school students, those in our 18-21 programs, and Y.A.L.E. staff.

Care Solace considers all types of private insurance including Medi-Cal, Medicaid and Medicare. Individuals without insurance may also receive referral help.

This is an optional service. There is no requirement for you to utilize this service. It is a resource available to help you. Care Solace is not an emergency response service or mental health services provider.
